We are a Registered Nurse owned Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company servicing Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Johnston, Franklin, Lee, and Granville counties in North Carolina.
We provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation to and from medical appointments, family gatherings, and outings for you or your loved ones.

Comfort Class Services
Wheelchair Transportation
At Comfort Class, we believe that people of all mobility levels deserve comfortable and safe transportation. Comfort Class provides top-of-the-line wheelchair transportation support by utilizing the QStraint securement system. This system allows us to securely strap wheelchairs using a multi-point harness into our spacious vans.
Hospital Disharge Transportation
Hospital admissions are stressful. Comfort Class alleviates some of that stress by ensuring customers have a safe, comfortable ride home from the hospital. Customers who are ambulatory (walking), in wheelchairs, stretcher, and even those who need to recline can eliminate the stress and let Comfort Class do the rest!
Family Care Home Support
Wake County is home to nearly 100 family care homes each having unique care needs. Comfort Class understands that it is not easy to navigate the medical transportation needs of multiple patients with numerous appointments. We are happy to partner with care homes to assist with medical transportation logistics giving you time to dedicate your focus on patient care.
Urgent Care Transportation
WakeMed estimates that nearly 35,000 people visit the Emergency Room each year for non-emergency conditions. This is expensive and causes financial burden on health payors and emergency departments. Comfort Class is a solution!
When a condition arises that needs to be seen urgently (but not emergently), Comfort
Class offers rides to and from nearby urgent care centers.
Medical Appointment
Comfort class provides transportation to and from medical appointments for ambulatory (walking) customers and customers using wheelchairs. We will work with customers and their medical providers to ensure customers arrive early for their appointments and do not have to wait for their ride home
once the appointment ends.
Dentist Appointment
We specialize in safe, reliable transportation to and from dentist appointments for ambulatory (walking) patients, individuals who use wheelchairs, or clients who require a reclined stretcher/chair.
Whether you’re scheduled for a routine cleaning, root canal, extraction, dental implants, cosmetic procedure, or a visit that requires sedation, we make sure your transportation is one less thing to worry about. Many dental procedures require a responsible adult to drive you home — and we’re here to provide that dependable support.
Cosmetic Procedure
At Comfort Class, we provide safe, discreet, and dependable transportation to and from cosmetic procedure appointments.
Mommy makeover, tummy tuck, liposuction, breast procedure, or another outpatient cosmetic treatment, we understand that transportation is an important part of your recovery plan. Many cosmetic surgeons require a responsible adult to transport you home after anesthesia or sedation — and we’re here to ensure you arrive safely and comfortably.
