Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused drivers to join our team. As an NEMT Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to medical appointments while providing exceptional door-through-door assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments in a timely manner
• Provide door-through-door assistance, including helping clients in and out of vehicles
• Properly secure wheelchairs and mobility devices using safety equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented vehicle at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and healthcare facilities
• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and local/state regulations
• Complete trip documentation and logs accurately

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs (guiding, lifting, pushing wheelchairs, etc.)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in transportation, healthcare, or customer service is a plus 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and assist passengers (up to 75 lbs with equipment)
• Prolonged periods of driving and assisting passengers in various weather conditions
