About Us

Founded in 2025, Comfort Class was created to meet the needs of Wake County’s vulnerable population by offering quality Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Our founder has been a Registered Nurse since 2006 and her work in PACE (Program for All Inclusive Care of the Elderly) shined light on the transportation disparities in patients unable to transport themselves to and from medical appointments.

Our goal is to preserve the dignity of our customers by providing timely, respectful, patient-centered transportation in comfortable and secure vehicles. Our drivers are all trained and certified to ensure they provide high-quality touchpoints in every ride!
